WHITE TRUFFLE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Rich and soft, our balsamic vinegar with truffle combines the delicacy of the vinegar to the precious gem of Langa area. The balsamic vinegar obtained from an accurate production process meets the perfumed truffle in this specialty which gives a unique taste to every kind of vegetables. It is perfect also for meat dishes, in particular game meat.

SALT WITH TRUFFLE
Salt with truffle is a tasty product which enhances each dish with the truffle flavour (Tuber Aestivum Vitt). It keeps unaltered its natural taste and its characteristics: that’s why it is unique in the world! It looks very good since the salt is dotted of little black truffle gems. It is really used on raw meat, meat or fish grill, fried eggs or to spice butter. It is excellent to flavour pasta, rice, filets, carpaccio, cheese, salads, potatoes and vegetables. In preparations including water or other liquids, after the dehydration process, truffle does its best because it returns to its glorious origins, as just picked. It is able to turn a simple recipe in a delicious dish thanks to the noble taste and scent of the truffle.
