BUTTER WITH TRUFFLE
Our original recipe consists of butter worked with truffle in pieces and the total exclusion of any artificial flavours. It is the finest butter which gives its best thanks to the union with the truffle which refines the flavour and enhances its taste. In order to turn, as if by magic, a simple dish into a creation of haute cuisine, you may simply enhance each dish with this “diamond” of nature. Excellent in pasta, for fondue, and pâté, our butter can be simply spread on croutons for a tasty and delicious starter, or added on classic fried eggs before bringing them to the table. It is magnificent to dress pasta or rice, to spread on white or red meats, to melt on steamed or grilled vegetables.

HONEY WITH TRUFFLE
Summer truffles are one of Italy's more prized culinary treasures. This exquisite summer truffle honey is a wonderful compliment to any cheese plate (Castelmagno, Raschera or Pecorino), a classic choice as a dessert cheese accompaniment and also to dress roasted meats.  We infuse fine summer truffle slices into high-quality 100% certified Italian honey to obtain a sweet and savoury product and with a beautiful amber colour.

TARTUFFON  - WHITE TRUFFLE CREAM
This tasty cream arises from the best mushrooms picked in our woods combined with the white gem of our land, the white truffle. An extraordinary specialty prepared solely with carefully chosen ingredients, without any preservatives or colorants, in order to keep the tastes of nature intact. This ready-to-use cream allows to easily cook tasty gourmet dishes. Enriched in olive oil, this cream is perfect on a hot homemade slice of bread, as a sauce for pasta (tagliatelle, spaghetti, crepes.), rice, eggs, white meats or even as a stuffing for first courses or meats.

TARTUFATA - SUMMER TRUFFLE CREAM
Our summer truffle cream is a tasty specialty made of cultivated mushrooms and summer truffle, precious gems of our Langhe area. With its typical brown color and the right viscosity, this ready-to-use cream allows to easily cook tasty gourmet dishes, such as tasty bruschetta on a hot slice of bread for special appetizers or even on omelettes, pizzas or focaccia bread. It is ideal as a condiment for first dishes such as tajarin or tagliatelle, but also rice, meat or fish dishes.

PESTO WITH WHITE TRUFFLE
The precious white gem of our land, the truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), creates a marvellous union with the fresh leaves of Genovese Basilico. This union gives rise to an exquisite product from which springs an incomparable harmony of tastes and fragrances. It is ideal not only for dressing pasta, such as tagliatelle, spaghetti, trofie or linguine, but also for garnishing soups, white meats or salads and as a spread on sandwiches or even on pizza for the bravest palates.
